In the "WinUSR Version No" box, type "New." When we have been notified that your purchase has been approved, an authorization file, with instructions, will be emailed to you within 24 hours, usually much less. DOWNLOADING UPDATES: Please fill out ALL of the following information* to request a new authorization or if you have questions about whether you are eligible for an update. We need your CURRENT VERSION NUMBER to determine if a new authorization is necessary. If it is, and assuming your Support is in force, a new authorization file will be emailed to you within 24 hours, usually much less.
